Please make sure you switch off USER ACCOUNT CONTROL in Windows before downloading LEAP Expedite.

(Windows Vista/XP/7) - Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn User Account Control off.

Which version is the right one for me?
Please ensure to check which version is most suitable for your operating system. You can do this by right clicking on start, going to explorer, right clicking on ‘computer’ on the left hand side, and selecting properties.

Please ensure if using 64Bit Windows operating system, that you install 32Bit MS Office on this operating system. When installing MS Office, you have the option of installing 64Bit or 32Bit. Install 32Bit and follow the prompts.

Support software

Our support software is used to provide a portal between clients and LEAP Expedite. If required, we will direct you to this page and ask you to download the application so that we can login and provide you with support, which is included in LEAP Expedite.
