How do I get technical assistance and support?

There are 2 ways to contact LEAP for support:
Log a call


  1. From LEAP Expedite, you can click on the blue question mark button at the top right hand corner of your matters list.

    You will then get an option to Log a Support Call online and this button will take you to the National Helpdesk Portal, where you can tell us what the issue is.


  2. Alternatively, you can ring 1800 007 709 to register your issue and the helpdesk will call you back as soon as the first consultant becomes available.
