Implementing LEAP Expedite

Implementing LEAP Expedite is easy. Once purchase and download are completed, it is simply a case of training, setting up your letterhead and you are ready to go. Because LEAP Expedite installs itself, there is no need for any calibrations or the help of an IT consultant. Simply click the download button and follow the prompts.

Setting up LEAP Expedite involves different stages to ensure you get an optimum result from the software. Below is a breakdown of these stages and what to expect from an implementation perspective.

  1. Purchase and confirmation – Online purchase of LEAP Expedite, including firm and account details as well as credit card payment authority. You will receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been submitted for processing, and detail about the next course of action.

  2. Book training – A representative from LEAP Expedite will contact you within 24 hours to discuss scheduling a suitable date and time for training and letterhead set-up. Should you not require training this will not be scheduled.

  3. Letterhead Set-up – Please ensure there is a soft copy of your letterhead available for when we complete your scheduled letterhead set-up. This letterhead must not be in PDF format. This ensures all of your documents have your own letterhead and branding on it as soon as you have the product. Your letterhead is always set-up prior to commencement of training and is part of the training schedule.

  4. Training – this will include the following content and take approximately 1 hour:
    - LEAP Expedite Website: signing in, setting firm and staff details, adding additional users
    - LEAP Expedite Downloads: Downloads, Installation, Accessing LEAP Expedite
    - General: Matter List, Searching, Help
    - Data Entry: New Matter, matter categories and types, new and existing cards, forms, clicking functionality, matter tables, comments
    - Document Production and use: Basic Documents, Smokeball Precedents, LEAP Toolbar
    - Emailing: Sending and saving emails with LEAP Expedite
    - Document Modification: New containers and precedents, and how to edit them
    - General Use: Input, Scan, Order Search, Step By Step Guides and View
    - Maintenance: New versions, support for LEAP Expedite

    Once training is complete you will receive an email confirmation which will include further information about available resources and support. Please ensure you keep this record for future reference. LEAP retains records of all individuals trained once training is complete.

  5. LEAP Searching make contact –- a representative will contact you to discuss the benefits of implementing the integrating Searching functionality with LEAP Expedite and to arrange a demonstration of the product.
