Having all of the relevant forms and precedents for all areas of law on hand at anytime gives true versatility for Expedite users, allowing any document to be generated as needed on the go. More so, all Smokeball forms are kept up to date, so you can rest assured you are using relevant and current documents.

Integration with Smokeball & LEAP Searching

All Smokeball forms are included and automated as part of the LEAP Expedite product. There is integration to both Smokeball for your precedents and publications, and LEAP Searching for your title searches and online property enquiries, so there is no need to look for further resources which do not give you the benefit of integration. Having all of this data centralised on your matter ensures you can always locate it in an electronic format whenever you need it.

You can access your Smokeball publication shop from within any matter, giving you purchase options, and allowing you manage your own subscription catalogue. Doing all online and manual searches and services work is as easy as browsing through the LEAP Searching menu for the required service. There is no need to key in data again as all data is drawn from the pre entered information in LEAP Expedite. Microsoft Office Integration

LEAP Expedite is fully integrated with Microsoft Office, and has exceptionally good integration with Word for generating your documents, and Outlook for creating and managing your emails. Both of these environments are widely known and used within the corporate world, and this ensures users are familiar with their environment, and comfortable with adapting LEAP Expedite to their practice. Support for LEAP Expedite

Unlimited online and telephone support is included when you use LEAP Expedite, and support calls can be logged either online through the support portal, or by calling 1800 007 709. All support calls are managed by the LEAP Expedite team, and are escalated in 3 levels in accordance with their degree of complexity.

Although LEAP Expedite does highly value client feedback and suggestions about changes and customisation to the product, these modifications do need to be carefully considered and we do not guarantee any of these suggestions will be implemented.
